Our Ivory Collective was born from a simple truth: no one was ever meant to raise a family alone.
My ‘Why’ is rooted in the very fabric of how I was raised. I grew up in a real-life elephant herd—a deeply connected matriarchal collective of my mother, sister, aunts, and grandmother, who all shared the weight of raising me. But I also know what it is like to have to raise yourself when the herd is stretched thin.
I founded Our Ivory Collective because I believe no mother was ever meant to carry the weight of the world alone, and no child should ever have to navigate their growth without an unbroken blanket of security. My life’s purpose is to recreate that sacred, intuitive village for modern families. By placing career nannies who don’t just watch over a home but seamlessly slide into its rhythm with deep intuition and collective care, I am ensuring that every family has the protective, nurturing herd they need to thrive.
The agency exists because no mother should carry the weight of the world alone, and no child should grow up without the steady presence of a supportive village.
